Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Iced Coffee Recipe

I love iced coffee during the summer and usually need something a little stronger than a normal cup of coffee to get me up and going. I'm talking about shots of espresso! Today, I'm sharing with you one of my favorite homemade iced coffee drinks that puts a pep in my step and I'm able to get the house cleaned. Hurray!

Making iced coffee is easier than you think if you own an espresso machine. If you are a coffee lover and don't own one, I highly suggest that you get one ASAP! It changed my world. You can easily find an inexpensive one like THIS ONE on amazon that does the job. The reason why I suggest espresso over a regular pot is that it will be watered down and weak  once you pour over the ice and add everything else. With espresso you get a strong coffee with a kick of energy. That's what I love!

*NOTE: This post is not sponsored. I just really love this stuff.

INGREDIENTS:
2 shots of espresso per mason jar cup size
Cinnabon coffee creamer * added to taste
Almond Milk * About 1/2 cup
Sugar to taste. I added 1/2 tsp
Optional: Add cinnamon

STEP 1 : Prepare your espresso according to the machine directions. I prepare 4 shots at a time so that I have some for later.

STEP 2 : Fill the mason jar with ice.

STEP 3 : Add almond milk and Cinnabon creamer

STEP 4 : Pour in 2 shots of espresso

STEP 5 : Sprinkle in sugar and cinnamon

STEP 6 : Add a cute straw, stir up and enjoy!

I hope your enjoy this recipe as much as I do. Now I'm off to enjoy my coffee and clean the house while the sun is shining.
