healthy roll ups



These are delicious and healthy!

WHAT YOU NEED:
mutli grain or whole wheat tortillas
chives & onion cream cheese
tomatoes
cucumber
spinach
turkey lunch meat
salt
pepper

1. lay out your tortilla and spread the chives & onion cream cheese all over even to the edges
2. thinly slice your cucumber and tomato
3. wash your spinach and pull off the stems
4. place the turkey meat then spinach, tomatoe & cucumber down over the cream cheese. make sure you cover it evenly.
5. salt & pepper
6. now roll it up and slice it!

ENJOY!
