Picking our tree

For the past few years we all pack up in the car...go and get the "danger truck" (which is my husband's old truck that stays at his grandmas house) and then head to get our christmas tree. This year the kids were so excited. They are getting older and really understand what Christmas is now so it's even more fun suprising them and being the "elf". We found the tallest tree we could that would fit in our house and packed it up in the danger truck.

we brought it home put it up and the kids were so excited that they were being silly! We hadnt put the tree skirt around or decorated it but here she is smelling good!

It is a tradition every year to go get a fresh one!
